TNR lays out the benefits and pitfalls of Kerry opting out of federal matching funds for the general election. If fundraising doesn't take away too much time from actually campaigning, I think he should do it.
USA Today is always good for nice chart or graph. This interactive map of where the two campaigns are spending their dough is pretty useful. [via Hit & Run]
